Our Story

True Woman's Team is a collaborative group of university student entrepreneurs, both female and male, who come together to pool their collective experiences and conduct research to provide insightful answers to questions about relationships and put together trendy gift ensembles. 

Founded by Katherine, a dedicated student pursuing an Honours Bachelor's degree in Ottawa; she combines the teams' knowledge and passion to share valuable insights and recommendations through the Your Bestfriend Blog. Katherine was motivated by her own experiences of receiving gifts that didn't align with her preferences. Frustrated by the common dilemma of unwanted presents, she founded True Woman with the goal of simplifying the gift-giving process, especially for men seeking guidance. Through her platform, Katherine offers solutions to the challenges of gift selection, ensuring that individuals can find and give thoughtful, meaningful presents that truly resonate with the recipients' desires.
